Crane Falls Into Lake Killing Operator

cool_crane854-year-old Roger Dale Goad died when the crane he was operating fell into a lake in VA.  It happened at about 11:30 a.m. His crane fell off a barge into Smith Mountain Lake, he was replacing a dock in the Blackwater section at that time.
