German lifting and transport company Schmidbauer put its new 600 tonne capacity Liebherr crawler crane straight to work when it took delivery in November 2009.
The order came after Dura Vermeer noticed that working speeds and load weights were increasing.
German based tower crane specialist Wolff Kran will launch two new luffing jib tower cranes and a brand new tower system at Bauma.

On the afternoon of December 28, a tower crane breaking accident occurred at a building in process named “Phoenix Huayuan” locating at Fuyong Street, Baoan District Shenzhen. Five workers were found dead and one worker was seriously hurt in the accident.
