Submitted by on Wednesday, 24 February 20103 Comments

Kranlyft is launching the 2.93 tonne capacity Maeda LC383M-5 mini crawler crane for sale outside Japan.

Target applications for the pick and carry crane include city centre sites where space is restricted. It is 1.74 m wide. A major benefit of the LC383M-5 is a 1.46 tonne pick and carry capability. Maximum working radius from the telescopic boom is 8.4 m. A dozer blade is standard and a searcher hook is an optional extra.

First sight of the LC383M-5 in Europe will be at the Bauma exhibition in Munich, Germany from 19 to 25 April.

    Good Day All,
Just reading up on the Maeda Mini Crawler. The company I operate for in Calgary bought a MC305CE-2. At the time they bought it it was the first new mini crawler in Western Canada.
We have not advertised the machine but have gone on word of mouth. The one I operate is a diesel/electric, meaning we can operate on diesel or plug in a cord, then switch over to electric. We’ve done lifts all over Calgary, worked on the second floor of TD Square. Helped steel workers install a 14,000lb truss 30ft up in TD.
Our latest job has me working on the west leg of the LRT, 60ft plus up, larger cranes lift me up and down as needed.
I would like to summit pic.s here if possible just need to know how. Just one last word, this machine is Fantastic.
