Creaking crane causes concern

Manzana 10 was built in 2004 and two years later construction started on the plot of land next to it by the construction company Luido Construction, which is based in San Javier. Due to the crisis, building stopped more than two years ago but the crane remained. Until earlier this year, the boom of the crane did what it was supposed to do and moved with the wind. However, now it is stuck completely.

    I wonder what crisis meant they’d abandon a crane for 2 years – recession hitting the construction company?
